Here is the Wikkelhouse, a modular and ecological house made up of 90% cardboard! Designed by Dutch designers and engineers from Fiction Factory, this house consists of modules to be assembled, which makes it possible to create a customized house according to your needs.

Manufactured from recycled cardboard, the modules weigh only 500kg each, and offer optimal thermal and sound insulation. Even better, the Wikkelhouse does not require deep foundations, which makes its installation easy and fast. Only one day is required for installation! Protected inside and outside by wooden panels, the Wikkelhouse has a lifespan of about 100 years and its materials are 100% recyclable. The modules are sold for 3900 € each, and complete kits cost between 40 000€ and 70 000€. An awesome concept of ecological house!
